Contact King’s Teachers Help Team if you have not received an expected pay transfer. They will check that you submitted the timesheet before the deadline of midnight on Tuesday; confirm your bank details with you or identify if there was another issue.  

If your bank details aren’t correct, King’s Teachers will update your profile with the correct details.  King’s Payroll will process a new payment for you once the bank has rejected the BACs transfer or returned the funds to King’s. This will take 7-10 working days.
